For moving boxes, we recommend 2-inch by 2-inch labels or larger. They scan reliably from a few feet away, which matters when boxes are stacked or stored. BoxQR generates label sheets in standard Avery sizes (5160, 5163, 5168 and others) and supports thermal label printers like Dymo and Rollo. Smaller address-style labels work for bins and smaller boxes.

BoxQR works independently of your moving company. You label your own boxes before the movers arrive. Movers handle the physical boxes; BoxQR handles the contents tracking. You can also share a public link for any box so movers or helpers can view contents without a BoxQR account.
